TERMS, CONDITIONS & REGULATIONS​

 

The purchase of a ticket or acquisition of access to the Skate Love Barcelona 2024 event by artists, guests and staff implies acceptance of the following Terms, Conditions and Regulations:

 

TICKETS

1. Skate Love Barcelona 2024 (the Event) tickets may be acquired via the Event website / Ticket Tailor (official tickets platform) or at entry on the day (if available). No one else is authorised to sell tickets and there is no other selling platform.

2. Tickets prices are shown with the local VAT of 10% INCLUDED (VAT of the reduced rate according to the Spanish Law 37/1992, of December 28, of the Value Added Tax, in article 91, nº 2, section 6). There may be additional fees from your credit or debit card.

3. Children up to 16 years old can enter for free with parents/guardians/guardians in possession of the main pass (capacity permitted). To do this, they must request it from the organization by sending an email to tickets@skatelovebcn.com. An authorization document will be sent from the organization and must be returned perfectly completed and signed by the person responsible. Access to the rink area will be allowed from 12h to 20h.

4. Tickets are NOMINAL, which means that the tickets must be under your personal information (ID/passport included), otherwise you cannot access the festival. IDs must be provided in the online ticket acquisition process. 

5. In buying a ticket you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions.

6. Tickets are not transferable and we do not do cancellations, refunds or resales, however, the law 17/1997, of July 4, on Public Shows and Recreational Activities, protects the customer's right only for the first 14 days after the purchase.

7. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder.

8. We reserve the right to make changes to the program or location of the festival, without this representing a refund of the ticket to the client.

9. We make every possible effort to guarantee the services or activities offered at our festival. However, on occasions, it may not guarantee the aforementioned aspects at all times, for which it will not be held responsible. Even so, Skate Love Barcelona declares that it will adopt all the necessary measures, within its possibilities, to guarantee the smooth flow of the program.

10. Please pay attention to the activities program to avoid overlapping. We won't change your ticket later.

11. In the event of total cancellation due to bad weather, the organization undertakes to refund the full amount of the corresponding tickets. The part of the amount that would not be returned corresponds to management expenses, as well as non-recoverable organizational expenses (payments to our service providers for prior preparation of the festival) and in no case would it represent a benefit for the organization.

12. We highly recommend getting a travel and medical insurance to cover any type of cancellation or emergency related to your trip.

 

VENUE ACCESS

1. To gain access to the Event you must have your NOMINAL ticket with your QR code. If you arrive with a defaced or incomplete documentation, then we will not permit entry. If you are a performer, a volunteer or a member of staff, you will need to bring your code, otherwise you may be denied entry.

2. To attend the festival it's obligated by law* that everyone in Spain must carry government issued ID at all times, regardless of whether we are Spanish, an EU national, or a foreigner living or holidaying in the country. In case of an accident, without identification you are not covered by our insurance. *Article 4 of Organic Law 4/​2000. Copies will not be accepted.

3. All the festival activities are only available to the mandatory Event tickets holders.

4. Door sales are subject to the capacity of the premises. The Event ticket holders have access priority, as long as the capacity allows.

5. All attendees may be subject to a search by the security team when accessing the event, following the guidelines of the Public Entertainment and Private Security Law. If you refuse to register, you will be denied entry to the event.

6. Any ticket that is broken or shows signs of counterfeiting will authorize the organizer to deprive its bearer of access to the event.

7. The event organization is not responsible for stolen tickets.

 

VENUE CONDITIONS

1. In all our activities, access with backpacks will be allowed, but for safety reasons, in no case can be deposited on the ground hindering the passage.

2. No alcohol (adequate bars are available) or no illegal substances to be brought on site.

3. It is not allowed to access the Event premises with food or drink. There will be areas with bar and food services.

4. No glass container or sharp objects are permitted.

5. Drunken or anti-social behaviour (racist, homophobic, etc.) will not be tolerated and will lead to instant ejection.

6. The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years old will not be allowed.

7. For safety and security reasons we employ professional security staff.

8. As a condition of entry you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of the audience for marketing, legal or publicity purposes.  

9. Attending any festival carries risks, and even more on roller skates. Please skate safely, keep your eyes open and be aware of your surroundings. If you are looking after children under the age of 16 then you assume responsibility for their safety and wellbeing.

10. It is not permitted to enter the skate area with food or drinks. Help us to take care of the floors and spaces.

 

DATA PROTECTION

1. We will request the data strictly necessary for the development of our activity to all users who decide to register in Skate Love Barcelona ®. To collect this data, users must complete a form including their personal data. The treatment of these data will be focused solely on the achievement of these purposes, within the established regulatory framework.

 

RIGHT TO IMAGE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. By registering for this event, you accept that Skate Love Barcelona can record or photograph your image, as well as use this material publicly or privately in any medium, even for commercial purposes, and also granting Skate Love Barcelona an unrestricted license to use for any legal and commercial purpose. The use of the contents prepared by Skate Love Barcelona, or by the festival partners, will only be allowed within the framework of a contractual relationship with the same or with said entities.

2. It is strictly prohibited to record, broadcast and/or film the event with professional equipment without prior permission from the organization.

 

OTHER CONDITIONS

1. The user agrees that the applicable law is the Spanish. The contractual language is the language chosen.

2. These rules and regulations may be subject to change.
