SKATE LOVE

This class will be focused on learning how to flow in the bowl with Caro and Moon’s styles working on carving around all the pockets and hips. Different grinds like frontside, backsides, souls, 50-50 and many more! You will also learn how to make your grinds much longer like butter. If you’re not ready for grinds yet don't worry! We will also work in different kinds of stalls for all the levels. This class has two coaches: Caro and Moon. COACH BIO Carolina is a Colombian skater who has been on 8 wheels for 12 years. She enjoys teaching bowl flow, sliding and grinding. She has experience in workshops around the globe and also as a Woodward camp coach. Co-creator of Hell on Quads. She skates with Chuffed, S1 Helmets and Brunny Hardcore.

If you always wanted to start your journey to the skatepark but you have always been too scared, Luz is your coach! We will be learning how to drop in, carving around the bowl, stalls and rotations like 180, 360. ​COACH BIO Luz es de Argentina y patina desde los 4 años de edad. Con secciones en las video partes de street en Fantom skate y Lazo Fast Forward, Luz hace más de un año esta viajando con sus patines generando contenido y dando workshops alrededor de todo el mundo. We will also work in different kinds of stalls for all the levels. This class has two coaches: Caro and Moon. COACH BIO Alejandra Londoño is from Bogota Colombia and she’s been skating for 14 years. She works as a coach and Roller derby player. She skates for Chuffed Skates and S1 helmets. Alejandra is a co-creator of @hellonquads. Alejandra has traveled to various parts of Latin America giving roller skate and derby workshops. Moon workshop will be focused on getting yourself more fluent on the bowl creating new lines, adding grinds and big airs!

After the masterclasses we will have loads of fun with Thaïs having a skate all together, sharing tips, learning new tricks from each other and having a little JAM at the bowl right before the super exciting contest! If you always wanted to meet Thaïs and ask her for tips and how her hair looks so shiny, this is your chance! ​COACH BIO Thaïs is a roller skate coach. She got her diploma last year and now She teach full time in Cannes, France. She also coach abroad which is an amazing opportunity to discover new countries and meet new skaters all around the world. A few years ago roller skating has completely changed her life in so many different ways, “I’m so grateful! It’s my biggest form of expression and freedom. During this new edition I’m super happy to do a meet up with you! We will discuss many topics. I will answer all your questions and give you as much tips as I can!” Thaïs favourite trick is death drop.

If you don’t know Kenneth yet this is your big shout - He's just a sunshine on roller skates and one of the most creative roller skaters on the scene. He will be teaching how to start your friendship with rails and ledges. If you have never done it before DON'T WORRY! All levels are welcome, and if you are already skating rails let's get creative trying different combos and switch ups. ​COACH BIO Ragnaroll is a park and street pro skater from Barcelona. Two times Spanish Champion and winner of the Roller Nantes Festival, he received his first pro skate in 2023. After many years doing workshops all around the world he is coming back for the third year to teach "Grinds & slides" at the Skate Love Barcelona Park day.
