KOZMIC SKATER

Sept. 12 | 16:00-17:30

Footwork Originals

Footwork Originals is one of my signature class formats — built on technique, groove, and curiosity. The idea is simple: the more tools you master, the more ways you can express yourself on wheels. I usually bring in a couple of original moves — footwork combos I’ve created, or technical elements skaters want to unlock. We break them down, explore variations, and then tie everything into a short routine to explore flow and musicality. Skaters leave class with new tools, a sequence to play with, and ideas for using the skills in their own style. It’s fun, motivating, and perfect for intermediate to advanced skaters. COACH BIO Kozmic is a French professional skater, performer, and coach based in Montréal, Canada. With over 25 years on wheels, her unique style blends roller dance, freestyle slalom, and derby influences. A former world champion in freestyle slalom, she now performs internationally in circus and burlesque shows, and runs Skatespace — Montréal’s first roller school. Kozmic is known for her creative technique, original footwork, inclusive vibe, and a teaching style that sparks confidence, curiosity, and joy on wheels.
