TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND REGULATIONS
By purchasing a ticket or accessing the Skate Love Festival (hereinafter, the “Event”), organized by PANBARLAB S.L., you agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and regulations outlined below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
By proceeding with your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions applicable to the Skate Love Festival.
TICKETS
-
Official ticket sales: Tickets for the Event can only be purchased through the Ticket Tailor platform (the official platform for Skate Love Festival). We do not recognize or authorize sales through other channels.
-
VAT included: Prices include a reduced VAT rate of 10%, as established in Article 91 of Law 37/1992 on VAT. Additional charges may apply depending on the chosen payment method.
-
Named Tickets: All tickets are personal and non-transferable. Identification details (ID/passport) must be provided at the time of purchase and presented upon entry to the Event.
-
Changes and refunds policy: Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as established by Law 17/1997, which grants a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase. An exception also applies to the Premium Main Pass, which allows one name change or a 20% refund in case of non-attendance, to be requested after the event, with proof of non-attendance (unscanned ticket).
In the case of changes to scheduled activities—such as the absence of a coach—tickets will not be refunded, but affected participants will be offered the option to transfer to another available activity of similar value.
Day Passes – Event Disruptions: If an entire festival day is cancelled due to weather or any other cause beyond the organisation’s control, holders of that day’s pass may request a full refund by emailing tickets@skatelovebcn.com.
If the venue remains open for part of the day (minimum 4 hours), holders may request a 50% refund by emailing tickets@skatelovebcn.com.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the festival ends. -
Program review: Please review the activity schedule carefully to avoid timing conflicts, as changes to your ticket are not possible once purchased.
-
Admission: We reserve the right of admission. Tickets that are forged, altered, or misused will invalidate entry.
-
Program changes: The Event's schedule and/or location may be subject to changes. In such cases, no refunds will be issued unless the Event is completely canceled.
-
Limited guarantee: While Skate Love Festival cannot guarantee all aspects of the schedule at all times, it is committed to taking all necessary measures within its capacity to ensure the proper execution of the Event and its scheduled activities.
-
Cancellations: In the event of total cancellation due to external factors (e.g., adverse weather conditions), ticket costs will be refunded, excluding management fees and other non-recoverable expenses.
-
Insurance recommendation: We recommend obtaining medical and travel insurance to cover potential contingencies related to your attendance at the Event.

VENUE ACCESS
-
Valid entry: Access is only permitted with a valid, non-transferable ticket and a readable QR code, or with your name on the official Staff list. An official physical ID must be presented (copies are not accepted). Failure to meet this requirement may result in denied entry.
-
Identification regulations in Spain: According to Article 4 of Organic Law 4/2000, it is mandatory to carry government-issued identification (ID or passport) at all times, whether you are a resident or a tourist. This requirement is essential to ensure insurance coverage in case of an accident. Copies of documents will not be accepted.
-
Ticket ownership: Festival activities are reserved exclusively for holders of valid tickets. Guests without a ticket are not allowed entry unless previously authorized (e.g., minors up to 16 years old with prior authorization).
-
Capacity: Door sales are subject to venue capacity. Advance ticket holders will have priority access. We recommend arriving early to avoid issues.
-
Security checks: The Event's security team may conduct inspections at access points in compliance with the Public Shows and Private Security Law. Refusal to comply with this procedure will result in denied entry.
-
Fraudulent tickets: Tickets that are damaged, forged, or reported as stolen will not be accepted under any circumstances. The Event organizers are not responsible for stolen tickets or those purchased outside official sales channels.
-
Bringing food from outside is not permitted inside the festival. Reusable water bottles are welcome.
MINORS ACCESS AND AUTHORISATION
Minors up to 16 years old may access the festival free of charge, provided they are accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket.
-
With a 4-Day Main Pass, the child may access all 4 days of the festival.
-
With a Day Pass, the child may access only the specific day of that pass.
To obtain the child’s free ticket, a prior request must be sent to tickets@skatelovebcn.com. After the request, a secret link will be provided to access the child’s free ticket.
Authorisation Statement
By requesting and confirming the child’s free ticket, the parent or legal guardian declares and accepts the following:
-
I declare that I will be entering Skate Love Music Festival with the minor(s) accompanying me, and that I will remain with them at all times during the festival, leaving the venue together at the end of my stay.
-
I declare myself solely responsible for their protection, custody, and safety during the festival.
-
I commit to preventing the consumption of alcohol and tobacco by the minor(s) and to avoiding any situation of risk, particularly around the skating areas.
-
I release the organisation of Skate Love Music Festival from any liability for harm or damages that the minor(s) may suffer or cause, and I assume full responsibility for any compensation arising from such situations.
Access to the skating rink for children is limited to the hours of 12:00h to 20:00h.

-
Restricted areas access: Entry to restricted areas (e.g., backstage or stages) is strictly limited to Staff personnel. Any attempt to access these areas without permission will result in immediate expulsion.
-
Risks and liability: The organizers are not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by internal structures, objects, or third-party actions. We recommend skating cautiously, staying alert, and being aware of your surroundings at all times.
